Manufacturer Warranty
Every product sold through WeldingProDirect is covered by the full manufacturer warranty. Because we sell exclusively through authorized distribution channels, your warranty is identical to what you’d receive purchasing directly from a manufacturer-owned showroom.
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product category. Lincoln Electric, Miller, and ESAB typically offer 3-year warranties on industrial welding power sources, with some products carrying 5-year or limited lifetime coverage. Hypertherm plasma cutters include a 2-year torch warranty. Specific warranty details are included with each product’s documentation.
Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, unopened equipment within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and warranty cards intact.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective on arrival). Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Do not discard the packaging — the carrier may require inspection.
For LTL freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us immediately.
We’ll work with the carrier and manufacturer to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. In most cases, a replacement ships within 2-3 business days.
Warranty Claims
For warranty service on equipment purchased through WeldingProDirect, contact the manufacturer’s warranty service department directly. As an authorized dealer, your purchase is fully registered in the manufacturer’s system.
